1976 – 2003

MINOT – Naomi D. Smith, 27, of 230 Scribner Boulevard in Lewiston, died Tuesday evening, Aug. 19, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on her way home from work.

She was born in Benson, Minn., May 8, 1976, the daughter of Amy and Ellis Bailey. She was educated in local schools and graduated from Lewiston High School.

She furthered her education and went on to receive her Certified Nurses’ Aid Certificate and was currently employed in the healthcare field working with mentally handicapped individuals.

She enjoyed special times with family and friends and also loved her two dogs, “Mugsy” and “Mighty Joe.”

She leaves her parents, Amy and Ellis Bailey of Lewiston; her fiance, Rob White of Minot; and an aunt, Debra Smith and husband Richard of Norway.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Robert and Sharon Smith; and her paternal grandparents, Howard and Gwen Bailey.
