NORWAY – Stephens Memorial Hospital, SAD 17 and Healthy Oxford Hills are working together to offer SHAPEDOWN, a weight management and lifestyle change program.
The program will start in September and will be held on 10 consecutive Wednesdays from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Guy E. Rowe School. Children and their families will learn how to make lifestyle choices including changes and options in diet and exercise. Interested families should contact their doctor or Robin Green at 743-5933, ext. 379, to discuss this program.
A $50 fee per family will be charged.
