PORTLAND – Arthur A. Bolduc has been named an assistant vice president in the Information Technology Risk Management Department at Banknorth Group Inc. in Portland. In his role as an information security systems specialist, he will continue to develop and implement measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of the company’s and its customers’ information and data.

Bolduc joined Banknorth in 2000 and has eight years in banking. Prior to joining Banknorth, he served as a security systems manager for leading insurance companies in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Bolduc is a Certified Information Security Systems Professional.

A Sabattus resident, Bolduc is a graduate of Williams High School in Oakland.
