FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Jail:

Sharon L. Gardner, 37, of Jay on a charge of unpaid fine-fees Aug. 4 by Jay police. The fine was paid and she was released.

William McNeill, 48, of New Vineyard on a charge of possession of a firearm by a felon Aug. 5 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on Oct. 2.

Bethany Storer, 35, of Farmington on a charge of driving under the influence Aug. 6 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Sept. 11.

Rachel Burnham, 27, of Farmington on a charge of theft Aug. 6 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on Oct. 2.

Kenneth Sassi, 61, of Carrabassett Valley on a charge of domestic assault, criminal threatening Aug. 7 by Carrabassett Valley police. Cash bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 14.

Christopher Gonzales, 19, of Madison on a charge of unpaid fines Aug. 9 by the Sheriff’s Department. He was released Aug. 9 with no court date.

Alec Desroches, 48, of Fairfax,Va., on a charge of driving under the influence Aug. 9 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on Sept. 11.

Misty Glover, 20, of Poland on a probation violation Aug. 8 by the Sheriff’s Department. As of Aug. 25, she was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

Malcolm F. Bustin, 88, of Wilton on a charge of domestic assault Aug. 10 by Wilton police. He was bailed on personal recognizance for court appearance Sept. 11.

Matthew S. Luce, 32, of New Vineyard on a probation violation-refusing to submit to arrest Aug. 10 by Maine State Police. Cash bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Sept. 11.

Matthew P. Willahan, 21, of Carrabassett Valley on charges of driving under the influence and driving without a license Aug. 11 by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance Oct. 2.

Ernest Bubar, 47, of New Sharon on a Somerset warrant for failure to pay fine Aug. 11 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $468 was provided and he was released.

Vernon Martin, 24, of Jay on a charge of driving after suspension Aug. 12 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Sept. 25.

Jay Emery, 25, of Waterville on a Kennebec warrant for negotiating a worthless instrument Aug. 12 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $250 was provided and he was released.

Timothy A. Murphy, 47, of Rumford on a charge of assault Aug. 12 by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 21.

Daniel S. Searles, 37, of Wilton on a charge of failure to appear-negotiating a worthless instrument Aug. 13 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Sept. 10.

Samuel J. Hayes, 20, of Carrabassett Valley on a failure to appear civil summons Aug. 13 by Carrabassett Valley police. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 14.

Scott Bard, 32, of Farmington on a warrant for assault Aug. 13 by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 21.

Samuel A. Obert, 34, of New York, N.Y., on a charge of driving after suspension Aug. 14 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on Sept. 25.

Scott R. Orr, 22, of Farmington on a charge of driving after suspension Aug. 14 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $300 was provided for court appearance on Sept. 11.

Jeffrey Georgrady, 52, of Farmington on a charge of driving under the influence/driving without a license Aug. 14 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $300 was provided for court appearance on Oct. 9.

James Verrill, 22, of Manchester on a warrant for unpaid fines Aug. 14 by Farmington police. The fines were paid and he was released.

Stephani Hebert, 21, of Farmington on a charge of driving under the influence Aug. 15 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Oct. 9.

Felipe Rodriguez, 19, of Phillips on a charge of failure to pay fines Aug. 15 by the Sheriff’s Department. He was released by the court.

Benjamin I. Gammon, 19, of Phillips on a charge of criminal speed Aug. 15 by the Sheriff’s Department. He was released on personal recognizance for court appearance on Oct. 2.

Laurie Foss, 29, of Lisbon Falls on a charge of driving under the influence Aug. 16 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Sept. 11.

Vincent Harris, 42, of New Vineyard on a charge of domestic assault Aug. 17 by the Sheriff’s Department. As of Aug. 25, he was still being held, according to an intake officer.

Joshua Flukey, 20, of Farmington on a charge of domestic assault Aug. 18 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $5,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 21.
