Summer reading awards were presented. Each summer reading participant received a certificate and bookmark. Books and prizes were awarded to the participants who read the most over the summer.

Children receiving the top reading awards were: Zachary Penley, Gabriel Ladd, Elizabeth Farrar, Heidi Penley, Esther Farrar, Hannah Daigle, Nathan Noyes, Cara Wilkins and Megan Noyes.

A total of 97 children were enrolled in the reading program for the summer. This program was made possible in part by a grant from the Oxford County Preschool Enrichment Trust.
