LIVERMORE FALLS – A Livermore Falls man faces several charges after he allegedly stole some checks and used them in this town, as well as in Chesterville and Wilton.
Robert Judd, 24, was charged with forgery, theft and negotiating a worthless instrument.
Judd allegedly stole some checks from a Depot Street apartment and used them at several places, including a $300 check at Food City in Livermore Falls, police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said.
Judd allegedly also used them in other places besides those three towns, Steward said.
