BETHEL – Planners will face a lengthy agenda at their 7 p.m. meeting Wednesday, Sept. 10, in the town office.

Items range from sign applications to site plan and subdivision applications and amendments.

After a 6:30 p.m. Sign Committee review of sign applications for Janet Black and Designs at 2 Mechanic St., Fran Head and Maine Street Realty at 20 Railroad St., and Carol Bailey and Paws Inn at 372 Walkers Mills Road (Route 26), planners will decide the issues.

Old business involves continuing work on a findings of fact for the town of Bethel’s $1.3 million new fire station project by architect James Reuter, and findings of fact and signing of amendments for Robert Blake’s Pine Haven Subdivision on Pine Haven Lane and Intervale Road, and Edward Michaud’s Mallard Mart gas station and convenience store at Route 2 and The Parkway.

New business items include:

•A site plan amendment for Will Craffey and his Liam’s Restaurant.

•A subdivision amendment for Chris Brink/Sunset Hill LLC’s Sunset Hill Subdivision, and Western Maine Supply’s business of the same name.
