MONMOUTH – Dominique Mathieu took a pass from sister Soleil, beat two Monmouth defenders to the goal and kicked the ball into the far corner of the net to notch the winning goal to lift Lisbon to a 3-2 girls’ soccer triumph over Monmouth on Monday.

Candace Avery and Angie Estes each chipped in with a goal for the Greyhounds (2-2), while Soleil Mathieu assisted on all three Lisbon goals.

Sammy Fairchild and Alex Gauthier each scored unassisted goals for the Mustangs (3-1).

Belle Mathieu made seven saves for Lisbon, while Jessica Gray made nine saves in the losing cause.

Mt. Abram 4, Boothbay 0

SALEM – Sadie White notched a goal and an assist as Mt. Abram defeated Boothbay 4-0 Monday.

Whitney Fahy and Heather Hayes each chipped in with a goal apiece for the Roadrunners (2-2).

Kim Johnson made two saves in net for Mt. Abram. The Seahawks (0-5) goaltender, Alexa Morrison, stopped seven shots.

Buckfield 4,

Windham Christian 0

BUCKFIELD – Sisters Candace and Chelsea Allen each netted two goals to lead Buckfield to a 4-0 win over Windham Christian Academy.

Tiffany Dunn recorded two assists, while Candace Allen was also credited with one assist for the Bucks (1-2-1) win. Sam Neil played a strong defensive game at sweeper for Buckfield.

Ashley Dudley made six saves for Buckfield, while Bree Reynolds made 15 saves in goal for Windham Christian (0-2).

Wiscasset 4, Dirigo 1

DIXFIELD – Colby Graffam led the way with three unassisted goals as Wiscasset rolled past Dirigo 4-1.

Kristin Pierce converted a pass from Lindsay Leone to also score for the Redskins.

Dirigo was led by Katie Hutchinson, who scored the Cougars’ lone goal early in the second half.

Sheena Pinkham made 16 saves for the win.

St. Dom’s 5,

Sacopee Valley 0

AUBURN – Pat Ouellette notched a goal and an assist as St. Dom’s rolled past Sacopee Valley 5-0 in boys’ soccer action Monday.

The goals were distributed throughout the game with Josh Dwinal, Ryan Turgeon, Jeremy Richardson, and Eric Rousseau each finding the back of the net. Jack Lavoie chipped in with two assists for the Saints (4-0).

Nate Hamlyn had to stop two shots in net to preserve the shutout, while Mike English made 15 saves for Sacopee Valley (1-3).

Yarmouth 4, Poland 0

POLAND – Pat Delaney started the scoring for Yarmouth two minutes into the game to lead the Clippers to a 4-0 win over the Poland Knights Monday.

Justin Morrill, Dan Leahy, and Pat Gildart each chipped in with a goal for the Clippers (2-1-1).

Max Lavine stopped 22 shots in net for the Knights (1-2).
