Included on the agenda is an application by Traci Hollingdale of Wilton to use 1,800 square feet of the former Primary School on Baldwin Street as a Curves, a fitness center for women.

She expects to use two classrooms on the first floor for the business and will be installing new floors and painting the rooms. Hours will be 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. weekdays and 8 to 11 a.m. on Saturdays.

Wes Bowen of Fayette will approach the board about moving his business, Riverview Pub at 7 Depot St., into the former Falls Lounge building at 17 Depot St.

Robert Martin Jr., 14 Gilbert St., will seek permission to have a larger garage for his business, B & V’s Trucking and Auto Sales. The new building would be 24 by 56 feet.

Matthew Weeks and Art Vigue would like to open a family arcade in the Shoppers’ Mall. They would offer arcade games and pool tables from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with a supervised employee on the premises during business hours.

The final application on the agenda is from Robert and Tina St. Laurent Reed and of East Livermore who want to open a small gifts and collectibles retail store at 14 Depot St.

She has leased an 1,800-square-foot space from Norman Paradis to display items and for storage.
