FARMINGTON – Franklin Community Health Network employees joined together to coordinate a successful family fun day, chicken barbecue and square dance recently that raised more than $2,800 to benefit the Sullivan family who lost their home to a devastating fire in August.

“The activities were all a lot of fun and over 100 people enjoyed the chicken barbecue,” said Kathie Greear, one of the event’s organizers. “We’d also like to thank many local businesses that provided gift certificates and merchandise for the silent auction.”

Ben and Michelle Sullivan are employees of Franklin Memorial Hospital and Pine Tree Pediatrics, respectively. According to Michelle, they are planning on building a new home in a different location in Temple.
