BETHEL – The second annual Antiques Floorshow, sponsored by the Middle Intervale Meeting House Society, is returning to Bethel as part of the Bethel Area Chamber of Commerce’s Harvest Fest on Saturday, Sept. 20.

Kaja Veilleux of Thomaston Place Auction Gallery will conduct verbal appraisals at the Middle Intervale Meeting House, Intervale Road.

Private appraisals will be conducted from 10 a.m. to noon by appointment, and a public floorshow appraisal will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. The cost of appraisals will be $5 per item. General admission without an appraisal is $3.

Attendees are encouraged to bring items such as jewelry and silver, toys and banks, clocks and watches, sculpture and bronzes, paintings, unusual glass and china, antique rugs and needlepoint rugs and samplers. Small furniture items are also acceptable, but larger pieces are best handled by photos with dimensions.
