I was appalled that Mr. Guay used his status with the Festival de Joie (recipient of Lewiston City Community Block Grant Funds in past) and the Franco-American Heritage Center to launch his attempt to be mayor of Lewiston, which was two months prior to the standard Lewiston City filing announcement of the other mayoral candidates. And this, of course, prior to the Festival de Joie.
