OXFORD – SmartStyle Stylist at the Oxford Wal-Mart held a bake sale Oct. 20 to raise money to benefit breast cancer research. Kami Marois and Ashley Lowe of Oxford Hills Middle School collected $117.

The next bake sale will be Saturday, Sept. 27. To donate food for the bake sale, call Michele Marois at 744-0641 or 674-3222, or Kami Marois at 674-3669.

The hairstylists will contribute their time to give haircuts from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Oct. 4, with proceeds going to breast cancer research. SmartStyle will also be holding a harvest dinner basket raffle, a $100 savings bond raffle, dinner for two raffle and family night raffle with winning names being drawn Saturday, Oct. 11.
