1925 – 2003
LEWISTON – Lillian P. Daigle, 78, of 10 Oak Park Apts., passed away peacefully Thursday, Sept. 25, at Central Maine Medical Center with her five loving daughters at her side.
She was born in Rumford, Sept. 16, 1925, the daughter of Wilfred and Lena Anctil Pelletier. She graduated from Stephens High School in 1944 and was employed by Diamond International in West Peru, retiring after 21 years of service.
She is survived by her five daughters, Pauline Wilson of Rumford, Jeannette Watkins of Richmond, Theresa Holloman and her husband Lerry of Lewiston, Lorraine Foster of Lewiston and Rita Goggin and her husband Guy of Lisbon; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her father and mother; two brothers, Emile Pelletier of Rumford and Raymond Pelletier of Rhode Island; and three infant granddaughters.
