STONEHAM – The annual Harvest Supper will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, at the Stoneham Congregational Church. The menu will feature corned beef and cabbage, vegetables, rolls, beverages and homemade pies. The price for adults is $6; children under 12, $3. It is the final supper of the season.

The Rev. George Frobig has announced a fall sightseeing trip to Boston on Saturday, Oct. 18. Plans are to travel by train from Portland to Boston, do some sightseeing, have lunch at one of his favorite restaurants, and return by train Saturday evening.

A sign-up sheet has been posted at the Stoneham Congregational Church, and final details will be announced at Sunday morning worship service on Oct. 5. For further information contact Frobig at 693-6461.
