Knowing the politicians are gearing up for the election next year, I read the papers and listen to the news with a great deal of concern.

The Democrats are trying to thwart our president’s efforts in Iraq and the U.N. with a barrage of lies and false statements. They are the very same Democrats who voted to give President Bush their support and passed a resolution giving him permission to use force in Iraq.

Let’s read between the lines of Democrats like senators Kennedy, Daschle and Leahy. They are in their best form, that of slander and personal attacks. They are wrong.

They would have the United States give in to France and the United Nations. I don’t trust either the U.N. or France to keep me safe, do you?

Most of the largest news media in this country are liberal and pander to the lefts’ agenda. They hate Republicans. Have you seen anything good written about our president? Anything good about the war in Iraq?

We have a president who is working hard to keep our country safe. We are in the midst of a war on terror. President Bush said it would take a long time, and he has the resolve to do it. The Democrats do not. They are running from their support of the war and want out of Iraq.

Ask the Iraqi people how they feel, ask the soldiers that are serving in Iraq if you want a true picture. Don’t ask a Democrat.
