WEST PARIS – The Tri Town Ambulance Auxiliary and the West Paris Old Home Days Association, in order to benefit both organizations, have joined forces to present the biggest silent auction in the area.

The groups are setting a goal of 500 items and are well on their way toward achieving it. Articles include crafts from area artisans, an above-ground swimming pool and a 2003 collection of Thomas Pacconi blown glass Christmas ornaments.

The auction will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, at the Agnes Gray School gym at which time the drawings will be held. A homemade luncheon and refreshments will be available.
