NORWAY – A discussion on the introduction of solid baby foods and making your own baby food will be presented by Kathy Savoie of the University Of Maine Cooperative Extension from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, at The Commons at Fare Share Market, 443 Main St. It is sponsored by MOM’s Gatherings & Mother Care of Maine Comprehensive Breastfeeding Services.

HARTFORD – Hartford Heritage Society is hosting the Oxford County Municipal Officers Association supper at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 22. Geoff Herman from the Maine Municipal Association will be the speaker on tax reform. The cost will be $7.
