LEWISTON – Gerald R. Whitmore, 61, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2003.
Born in Lewiston, the son of Roger and Cecile (Mailhot) Whitmore, he served in the Korean War.
He was self-employed as a plumber and worked at the Auburn Housing Authority, retiring in 1999.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; his daughter, Tracy and her husband, Bob Marley, of Calif.; his daughter, Tina of Lewiston; two step-children, Andre and Danielle Cloutier; two grandchildren, Abigail and Gage; his brother, John and his wife, Sandra, of N.C.; his sister, Nancy Tuttle and her husband, Norm, of Fla.; several nieces and nephews; and his loving pets, Sheba and Tigger.
He was predeceased by his parents and his first wife, the former Geraldine Long.
