1967 – 2003
BUCKFIELD – Rose Marie Dick-Hersey, 36, of Buckfield, died peacefully at her residence and went to join the Lord in heaven on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2003.
Born in Augusta, Feb. 21, 1967, the daughter of Douglas A. and Marie T. (Lavoie) Hersey, she had been a resident of this community all of her life.
She was employed as a fancy stitcher in the local shoe industry, until her early illness. She was a member of the First Assembly Of God Church of Lewiston.
Rose enjoyed making puzzles, arts and crafts, listening to country music and enjoyed her three dogs and two cats.
Survivors include her parents of Litchfield; her husband, Roger G. Dick, whom she married on April 21, 1984, of Buckfield; one daughter, Tiffany M. Dick of Buckfield; one brother, Paul D. Hersey and his wife, Linda, of Lewiston; one sister, Lannette L. Cloutier and her husband, Rene, of Turner; one half sister, Jeannette Mimms of Gardiner; two nephews, Derek Hersey and Justin Cloutier; one niece, Tasha Cloutier; two stepsons, Scott G. Dick of Lewiston and Jody Dick of Lewiston; and one stepdaughter, Elaine K. Duval of Turner.
