1921 – 2003

LEWISTON – Dolores A. Chandonnet, 81, of 35 Simard Ave., Lewiston, died Friday, Oct. 10, at Ste. Marguerite d’Youville Pavilion.

She was born in Lewiston Oct. 27, 1921, the daughter of Wilfred and Helene Beaudin LeBlanc. She was educated in Lewiston schools, graduating from Lewiston High School in 1941.

She was married Aug. 16, 1948, to Marcel N. Chandonnet, who predeceased her Dec. 18, 1993.

She was employed as office manager for 12 years at the former W.T. Grant Store, and was office manager for the family business, C & M Plumbing and Heating Company.

She was a member of Holy Cross Parish.

She is survived by one son, Paul N. Chandonnet and his wife Sandra of Lewiston; three grandchildren, Matt, Greg and Sarah Chandonnet; and one sister, Yvette Chinque of Lewiston.
