AUBURN – Road crews will close Youngs Corner Road between Lost Valley and Perkins Ridge Road Friday.
Crews are scheduled to begin applying a final, finishing coat of asphalt to the road beginning at 7 a.m. Friday. Pavement Technician Paul Niehoff said the work will wrap up a project that began last fall.
Crews began work last fall, closing the road in two halves. Work on the first half finished last fall and crews began working on the second half this spring.
Only local traffic, school buses and emergency vehicles will be allowed through, Niehoff said.
