Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

3 pounds broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

6 medium (2 cups) carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices

4 medium (about 1 lb.) potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges

1 medium onion, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch wedges

1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed

2 cans (10-1/2 oz. each) FRANCO-AMERICAN Chicken Gravy

Place chicken, carrots, potatoes and onion in a 17-in. x 11-in. roasting pan. Season with thyme. Roast at 375 for 1 hour. Stir vegetables. Pour gravy over vegetables. Roast 15 minutes or until done. Stir vegetables and serve with chicken.Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 1 hour 15 minutes Serves: 4
