Fund raisers end

RANGELEY – Friends of the Wilhelm Reich Museum will discontinue the auction and flea markets. The events have provided fun, treasures for local residents, funds for the museum and scholarships for Rangeley students.

The generosity of donors and the work of volunteers have made these sales a great success, for which, the museum is grateful. However, the growing requirements of space and time for storage and presentation have gradually exceeded the museum’s capacities and forced this reluctant decision.

Plans for other fund-raising projects and events in 2004 are under way and will be announced soon.
