Inn and pet store seek signs.

BETHEL – Sign applications and site and subdivision application business dot the Planning Board’s 7 p.m. agenda Wednesday, Oct. 22, in the town office.

Bill and Nancy White, owners of The Sudbury Inn at 151 Main St., and Brian Peterson, owner of Peterson’s Pets at 186 Main St., have applied for signs.

Under new business, applicants Dwayne Bennett of Bennett’s Automotive and Tom Dubois of Main-Land Development Consultants Inc. of Livermore Falls, have filed for a site plan amendment.

Planners are slated to continue work on a findings of fact for a subdivision plan amendment for Cheri Thurston’s Hall Subdivision Plan Amendment, and a site plan review application for Carol Anne Bailey’s Paws Inn.

Additionally, the board will meet with Louisa Abarno regarding a pre-application conference/advisory for her proposed Healing Touch Therapeutic Massage business.

The Sign Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. to discuss applications by the Whites and Peterson.
