NORWAY – A free workshop to teach how to start or acquire a small business is scheduled from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, at the Norway Town Office Community Room.

If participants want to move ahead with a plan to own a business, they can sign up for a series of four workshops scheduled to begin Jan. 7.
