WEST PARIS – David N. Guay, 38, of West Paris, died Wednesday, Oct. 22, at his home.

Born in Lynn, Mass., Dec. 26, 1964, the son of Joseph and Carol Casale Guay, he was a graduate of Lynn Vocational Technical Institute in Lynn, Mass., and had been a lobsterman. He loved fishing. He leaves behind fun loving memories.

Survivors include his parents of Rialto, Calif.; two daughters, Ariana Guay and Andriadora Guay of Bethel; a son, David Guay of Bethel; his sister and brother-in-law, Patty and Paul Civitarese of Rialto, Calif.; three nieces, Nichole Civitarese, Janelle Civitarese and Brianna Civitarese; a nephew, Kristofer Civitarese all of Rialto, Calif.; his loving ex-wife, Melissa Pilgram of Bethel; his companion and soul mate, Christina (Tina) Perkins; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
