LEWISTON – Funeral services for Alphena M. Gaumont were held Saturday, Oct. 25, 2003, at Holy Cross Church following prayers at the Pinette Funeral Chapel. Monsignor Rene Mathieu celebrated the mass and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Honorary bearers were Lisa Grenier, Daniel St. Pierre, Susan Anderson, Doreen Scott and Debra Brayall. The bearers were Michael Gaumont, Frank Thomas, Frank Brooks, Norm Kirouac, Leo Bernier and Keith Roberts.

Two surviving relatives were omitted from Mrs. Gaumont’s obituary which ran Friday, Oct. 24. They are daughter-in-law, Mrs. Joline Gaumont; and son-in-law, Mr. Donald Brousseau.
