PORTLAND – Ronald Heifetz, an internationally renowned expert on organizational leadership, will be the keynote speaker at the University of Southern Maine School of Business’ 2003 Executive Forum.

It will be held from 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Oct. 28, at the Holiday Inn By The Bay in Portland.

Heifetz’s address, “Leadership at Every Level: The Power and Passion Within,” kicks off the forum and is followed by a panel demonstration with former Gov. Angus King and Institute for Civic Leadership Board member James Shaffer.

Heifetz is a principal of Cambridge Leadership Associates, a leadership development and consulting practice, and founding director of the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. He is author of “Leadership Without Easy Answers,” and co-author of “Leadership on the Line: Staying Alive through the Dangers of Leading.”
