1918 – 2003

CANTON – Marion Jane Cushman, 84, formerly of Phillips, died at Victorian Villa Rehabilitation and Living Center Saturday evening, Oct. 25.

She was born Nov. 14, 1918, the daughter of Clarence and Mary (Vining) Masterman. She was educated in the schools of Weld.

She married Roy Cushman in 1954 and he died in 1956. She worked for Forster Manufacturing Co. in Strong for eight years. She enjoyed playing basketball and football in her younger years and reading, writing and playing beano later in life.

Survivors include a daughter, Lucy Marson of Canton; a nephew, Clarence Cushman of Canton; and two nieces, Glenis Cushman of Lewiston and Patricia Cushman of Farmington.
