GREENE – The Women’s Club of Greene has sponsored a Christmas project for the less privileged children and seniors of Greene and the surrounding areas since its inception in the mid 1960s. The club is again at work on this year’s program.

The number of families that find themselves in a precarious situation is on the rise and the club needs help to make this year’s Christmas project a success.

Donations of cash, food, hygiene and paper products, new toys, clothing and books are needed to help neighbors. Those who care to donate, sponsor a child, senior or family may call Brenda Theriault at 946-5750 or Sherry Lavoie at 946-5295 for information.
