LEWISTON – Chapter Dr. Paul Fortier, Association Canado Americaine, will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3, in the Multi-Purpose Center Seniors Room, Birch Street. Speaker will be Anna Faucher, president of the local AARP chapter. She will discuss AARP benefits.
Plans for the Dec. 8 Christmas party will be made. A Mass for deceased members will be held at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, at Holy Family Church. All members are invited.

Flu shots
LEWISTON – Community Clinical Services will host two public flu shot clinics in the Lewiston Auburn area.
The clinics will be offered on a first come-first-served basis, at a cost of $10 a shot. In some instances, insurance companies can be billed.

Meeting speaker
AUBURN – The National Association of Insurance Women – Androscoggin Valley will meet Wednesday, Nov. 12, at Martindale Country Club, Beech Hill Road. The meeting will begin with a social hour at 5 p.m. and dinner at 5:45. The speaker will be Carrie Gott of InforME, who will give presentation of “Maine Electronic Government Services.” The association of insurance professionals is dedicated to the development of leaders in the insurance industry. Crafters wanted
LEWISTON – Crafters are wanted to exhibit their wares at a Holiday Bazaar to be held Friday and Saturday, Nov. 7 and 8, at Hillview off Sabattus Street. Another bazaar is scheduled for Meadowview on Spofford Street on Saturday, Nov. 15.
Would-be exhibitors are requested to contact Reta Herrick at 783-8539 as soon as possible to reserve a space. Cost a table is $8. Proceeds will benefit the Family Self-Sufficiency Program at the Lewiston Housing Authority.
