BERLIN, N.H. (AP) – The Attorney General’s Office is calling a Berlin man’s death a homicide.

Senior Assistant Attorney General Will Delker identified the victim Thursday as Derek Puiia, 26. Delker said Puiia’s sister found his body at 5:45 a.m. Wednesday at their parents’ house.

Delker said Puiia had been staying at the house while their parents were on vacation.

Delker said Deputy Chief Medical Examiner Jennie Duval did an autopsy Thursday, but police are not releasing the results while the investigation is in progress.

He said no arrests have been made in the case.
