GREENE – The town will hold a rabies clinic from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, at the town garage. Shots will cost $10. Clerks will be on hand to register dogs for 2004. The cost of licenses has increased to $10 for male and female dogs, and $6 for neutered or spayed dogs.
