• Vehicles driven by Gary L. Tibbetts, 46, of Oxford, and Vernal F. Andrews, 86, of Sumner, collided at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Court and High streets. The impact forced Andrews’ vehicle into a parked car owned by Pamela J. Ryan, 54, of Falmouth. Damage to Andrews’ 1997 Toyota was estimated at $2,600 and to Ryan’s 1996 Honda, $3,200. There was no damage to Tibbetts’ 1995 Chevrolet.
