• Eric F. Blier, 35, of West Gardiner, lost control of his vehicle and slid into a utility pole guard wire at 6:35 a.m. Wednesday on Crowley Road. Damage to his 2001 Ford was estimated at $2,000; to the Central Maine Power Co. equipment, $300.

Auburn

• Vehicles driven by Rene E. Blais, 44, of Auburn, and Michael J. Chase, 25, of Turner, collided at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday at Court and Main streets. Damage to Blais’ 1995 Chevrolet was estimated at $1,800; to Chase’s 1991 Land Rover, $3,000.
