1915 – 2003
LEWISTON – Cecile L. Levesque, 88, of 550 College St., formerly of 155 Bartlett St., died Tuesday, Nov. 11, at Ste. Marguerite d’Youville Pavilion, after a short illness.
She was born in Lewiston, May 31, 1915, the daughter of Joseph and Odile St. Pierre St. Onge, and educated in Lewiston schools.
She was married on April 19, 1937 to Lionel J. Levesque, who predeceased her May 29, 2000. Prior to her retirement she was employed at the Androscoggin Mill and the Libbey Mill. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Parish.
Survivors include a daughter, Diane M. Jambard of Lewiston; a granddaughter, Laura Jambard of Lewiston; a sister, Theresa Hall of Florida; and a brother, Gerard St. Onge and his wife, Blanche of Lewiston; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two sisters, Gracia Hemond and Yvette Godin ;and a brother, Laurier St. Onge.
