The concert is a fund-raising benefit for Farmington’s popular community theater group, The Sandy River Players.

Local performers Donna and Peter Campion formed the group almost a year ago. Also performing are Kathryn and John Sytsma, local specialists in early music, and Dan Robbins and Elaine Eadler, who sing with UMF’s Chamber Choir. For this concert, the Campion’s son, 10-year-old Chris, who recently took up the fiddle, will join the group to play the melody on “The Star of County Down.”

The suggested donation for the performance is $6.
