I listened to Oliver North’s war stories on England and how Hitler was going to take over England by bombing the English people. Hitler thought the English people would give right up, but all it did was anger them.

George Bush and Tony Blair thought they could bomb the people of Iraq, and they would give right up and love us. It turned out just like it did with the English people. All it did was make them hate us.

You all know how we felt when Sept. 11 happened. The people of Iraq felt the same way when we bombed them. The only difference is they knew who was bombing them, and we did not know who attacked us on that terrible day.

Mr. Bush blamed Saddam Hussein, who didn’t have anything to do with it. I was against the war, but I love our troops. I am sick and tired of hearing that we who are against this war are not in support of our soldiers. If I had my way, they would be at home with their families. Bush has a different direction for them.

Another thing Bush was going to clean up the White House, no more lies. He has told more lies than Clinton ever did.

We have had sanctions on Cuba for nearly 30 years and on Iraq for 12. All it did was make enemies for us, and it only hurt the poor.
