LIVERMORE FALLS – Selectmen will open their meeting Monday at 6:30 p.m., considering as much business as possible before going into executive session with the town’s attorney at approximately 7 p.m.

That session will be to discuss the Judd trailer permit revocation case. John and Sherian Judd of Livermore are contesting the revocation of their permit to replace a trailer that burned on land they own on Route 17.

Other items on the agenda are a regional resolution with Lewiston and towns in Androscoggin County and continued discussion on hours of operation for the town office and ways to aid the public.

The board will review the Dispatch Committee report, discuss cardboard recycling and the purchase of a used trailer and tour the upstairs of the municipal building for roof leak damage.

A second executive session will deal with labor relations.

Prior to the selectmen’s meeting, the Community Development Citizen Advisory Committee and Downtown Merchants Group will meet at the town office at 5:30 p.m. to review proposals from prospective planning consultants.
