AUBURN – Pine Cone Chapter 26, Order of the Eastern Star, will host the Massachusetts in Maine Grand Family Exchange at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Masonic Hall, 1021 Turner St.
Claire Wilder, worthy grand matron, and Robert McDuffie, worthy grand patron of Massachusetts, and their grand officers will confer the degrees on new members.
A dinner will be served at noon by the Rainbow Girls and their advisers of Lewiston Assembly 14, Order of Rainbow for Girls.

AUBURN – The Androscoggin Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, at the Androscoggin County Building, Court Street.
Douglas I. Hodgkin will discuss “A Place to Meet: Lewiston Grange 2.” The meeting is free and open to the public. The building is wheelchair accessible.
Turkey raffle
AUBURN – Auburn VFW Post 1603 will hold a turkey raffle at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at the Post Home, 588 Minot Ave.
Members voted to donate all profits to the annual Auburn Blue Christmas Party for local kids. Tom Poulin of the Auburn Police Department and his wife, Dianne, have run the project for years and will be present at the raffle to receive the donation. The public is welcome.
The auxiliary will hold a spaghetti and meatball supper for a $5 donation from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
The post also will raise money at a breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 23, at the post home. Prices will start at $3.

Fidelity program
AUBURN – Fidelity Rebekah Lodge 4, OES, will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, at the Odd Fellows Hall, Elm and Academy streets. A Thanksgiving program will be held. All Rebekahs are invited. Refreshments will be served at 6:30 p.m. by Glendon Spiller.
Open house
FREEPORT – The May Center for Child Development, a year-round school for children ages 2 to 8 with autism, pervasive developmental disorder and other developmental disabilities, will host an open house from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2 and 3, at its 95 Route 1 location.
Families and professionals can meet the faculty, learn about the center’s programs and tour the facility. The center prepares children for transition to public school and provides family-centered, home-based and school consultation services.
