PARIS – County Budget Committee chairman Bruce Hanson, a selectman from Paris, did not vote against funding a deputy position for the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office as reported on Wednesday’s B2 of the Oxford Hills edition. Norway Selectman Russ Newcomb voted against the measure, along with selectmen Eugene Boivin, Rumford; Dennis Sanborn, Oxford; and Monique Aniel, Mexico. The information was incorrectly reported.
