LEWISTON – Liz Wanless, Jasmine McDavid and Olivia Zurek were selected to the 2003 American Volleyball Coaches Association New England Division III All-Region team Wednesday.

Wanless is one of just two Division III players in the nation to earn the honor for the fourth consecutive year. Morgan Anderson also earned her fourth selection to the All-South Region team.

Bates finished the 2003 season 26-9, 9-1 NESCAC. The Bobcats were the No. 2 seed in the NESCAC tournament, beating Middlebury and Colby where they lost to top-seed Williams, ranked 24th nationally by the AVCA.
