LEWISTON – Sheila Olson, Geiger vice president of operations for its Promotional Products Group, announced the promotion of Rachel LeBel to total care manager.

LeBel will be responsible for overseeing the regional service manager for the West, Northwest and NorthCentral teams of Total Care.

LeBel will also be responsible for managing the staff and customer service processes of Shared Services, evening shift, and the Midlantic and South Regions. She will be accountable for setting, measuring and meeting Total Care goals, negotiate with vendors or sales partners on complicated orders and oversee daily work flow and responsibilities for all areas of the team.

A 15-year Geiger Associate, LeBel began her Geiger career in the accounts receivable department. She is very active at Geiger, having attended Geiger Associate’s Week, being a member of several Geiger Total Quality teams and being a trained Geiger facilitator member where she assists with team-building exercises and programs. She was also awarded a Geiger Star Award in 1993.

LeBel is currently attending the University of Maine at Augusta working toward a bachelor of science degree in business management. She is actively involved in her community, including Poland Regional High School.

Born and raised in Lewiston, she resides in Poland with her two sons, Joel and Dylan, and fiancé, Donovan Buck.
