This is prefaced with a paragraph from an item that appeared in your paper (Nov. 28).

“ALFRED – A Nigerian man accused of rape, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges (of assault) and was set free after a judge was told the man could face death if deported to his native country.”

Based upon this judge’s decision, I am assuming he feels justified to set this man free. How could he be so concerned about this man and so unconcerned about some female citizen and others who might be put at risk by his release?

What kind of justice is that?
