LISBON – Nicholas J. Stevens, 16, of Lisbon Falls died suddenly Dec. 11, 2003 at his residence.

He was born in Brunswick, Sept. 6, 1987, a son of Wade Stevens and Teresa Mateyko.

Nicholas was a student at Lisbon High School and worked as a cashier at McDonalds. He enjoyed rollerblading, biking, hunting, fishing and computer games. Nicholas always had a special place in his heart for animals of all sorts.

He is survived by: his mother, Teresa Mateyko of Noblesville, Ind., his father, Wade Stevens of Lisbon, a brother, Michael Stevens of Indiana, paternal grandparents, Wesley and Judy Stevens, maternal grandparents, Carla Newell, and his paternal great-grandmother, Edith Stevens.
