I wonder how many of the older ones feel as I do? I would like to know what I can do about the taxes on my home. I’ve been paying interest on my taxes and the principal never gets paid. I owe $600 to $800 in interest.

I would have been caught up to date if money went for the taxes, not on interest.

I saw a lawyer and he said to stop paying the taxes if it all goes into interest. So now the interest is growing.

My husband is very sick. I know he is dying and once I lose him, I know the town will foreclose on my home. I can’t sell it as we’re right across the river from the mill and at times the smell is not too comforting. Who’d buy a place like this?

Do you suppose if I wrote to Santa Claus and told him my problem, he could help me out? Worth a try.
