MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – Dominic Joseph Papasadora, 89, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., died Dec. 11, in Pennsylvania.

He was the eldest son of Francisco and Maria DeFilippo Papasadora. He graduated from Stephens High School, Rumford, in 1932 and moved to Boston, Mass.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and then moved to Harrisburg, Pa., where he worked for Mobile Pipeline Corp. and retired. He and his wife were members of St. Catherine Laboure Church of Harrisburg.

Survivors include one daughter, Angela Bell of Mechanicsburg, Pa.; a granddaughter, Emily Bell of Orlando, Fla.; a grandson, Christopher Bell of Chestnut Hill, Pa.; brothers, Ralph Papasadora of Rumford, O. Paul Papasadora of West Falmouth, Mass., Vito Papasadora of Alaska, Joseph Papasadora of Boston, Mass., and Salvatore (Sam) Papasadora of Greencastle, Pa.; sisters, Teresa Salatino of Rumford, Jennie Virgin of Dixfield and Anna Garneau of Houston Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by his parents; brother, Frank; and sisters, Mary and Laura.
