VENTURA, Calif. – Normand Baril, 60, formerly of Lewiston, died Thursday, Dec. 18, in Ventura, Calif.

Born in Lewiston, Dec. 24, 1943, the son of Rita and Arthur Baril, he graduated from Lewiston High School.

He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving two terms.

Survivors include his wife, Christine; his parents; a son, John Pierre; a daughter, Kirstie; a grandson, Elyah; a brother, Pierre Baril of Bristol, Conn.; and a sister, Diane Ross of LaPalma, Calif.
