LIVERMORE FALLS – Martin Kelvey sank three 3-pointers en route to 23 points as Jay swept past Livermore Falls 74-50 Monday evening in MVC play.

Following a 27-24 advantage at intermission, Jay (5-2) came on stronger in the second half with 47 points. Justin Wells chipped in with 19 points.

Mike Chemard recorded 15 points for the Andies (1-6) in the loss.

Madison 61, Lisbon 58

LISBON – Ryan Pinkham drained 17 points as Madison snuck past Lisbon to notch a 61-58 win Monday afternoon in an MVC game.

Randy McMullen added 14 points, while Matt Stewart sank 13 points for the Bulldogs (2-3).

The Greyhounds (4-3) were paced by Chris Kates with 14 points. Jarrod Church and Jared Martin each chipped in with 13 points a piece in the losing effort.

EL 63, Lewiston 51

AUGUSTA – Jamie White and Ryan Ford each netted 12 points as Edward Little slipped past Lewiston with a 63-51 win Monday in the Oakhurst Capitol City Hoop Classic.

Joe Lee led the Lewiston effort with a game-high 16 points.

Oak Hill 47, Freeport 34

FREEPORT – Senior guard Aaron Labbe scored 21 points to spark Oak Hill to a 47-34 win over Freeport in the Webber-Citgo Oil Freeport Holiday Tournament Monday evening.

Labbe notched 11 rebounds for the Raiders, while Troy Tracy had eight points.

Junior forward Danny Mehler posted a team-high 11 points for the Falcons.

St. Dom’s 5, St. Thomas 4

CONCORD, N.H. – John Rutt found the back of the net 13:36 into the third period to lift St. Dom’s to a 5-4 victory over St. Thomas.

Pat Ouellette chipped in with two goals, while Tyler Martin and Eric Russo each added a goal apiece for the Saints. Kyle Tyburski recorded three assists.

The St. Thomas was led by Tim Walsh with a hat trick.

Christian Brothers 3, Edward Little 2 (OT)

PORTLAND – Kenny Jordan netted the winning goal with 15 seconds remaining in overtime to lift Christian Brothers (N.J.) to a 3-2 triumph over Edward Little in the Maine Hockey Invitational.

Kevin Contreams and Devon Jones each scored a goal in the second period for the Christian Brothers win.

Josh Whalen and Brian Erickson scored for Edward Little.

Lewiston 4, Berlin 2

NORTH YARMOUTH – Jason Dube hit back-to-back goals in the first and second periods to pad the cushion which carried Lewiston to a 4-2 win over Berlin in the Maine Hockey Invitational.

Eric Grenier provided support with three assists for the Blue Devils. Joe Gauthier and Adam Longchamps notched the first two goals of the contest.

The Mountaineers picked up the tempo in the third period, netting a pair of unanswered goals to cut the Lewiston lead in half before the final buzzer.

Leavitt 8,

Freeport/OOB 3

FALMOUTH – Justin Rouillard and Ben Boulay each tallied a pair of goals and a pair of assists as Leavitt crushed Freeport/Old Orchard Beach 8-3.

Chad Chaisson, Gabe Cloutier, Nick Bourgoin, and Jimmy Cyr each added a goal to the Hornets.

John Melanson netted two goals, while Ryan Mandor netted an unassisted goal and recorded an assist for the Freeport/OOB.
